About Me
As an Audio Production graduate with seven years of immersive experience in the industry, I am dedicated to pushing the boundaries of sound and music. My career has been shaped by a profound passion for audio engineering, which I have developed through both academic study and extensive practical application. Outside of the studio, I further immerse myself in music through guitar playing and songwriting.
Professional Journey
I currently serve as the Assistant Audio Engineer and Assistant Studio Manager at Stonecutter Recording Studios in South Loop of Chicago, where I have had the honor of working under the mentorship of Producer, Engineer, and Studio Owner, Chris Steinmetz. My role at Stonecutter has been instrumental in refining my skills in managing studio operations, overseeing recording sessions, and maintaining high standards of audio quality.
Freelance Experience
In addition to my position at Stonecutter, I have been a freelance recording engineer for six years, running my own studio, Khan Artist Audio. At Khan Artist Audio, I handle projects from start to finish, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to create exceptional audio experiences.
